What happens in Vegas...

...stays on this blog! ;-)

We spent three nights in Las Vegas - one day cruising to Death Valley and the other exploring the Strip and those impressing Shows. And of course we ate something. The first night we went to Crossroads at House of Blues @Mandalay Bay, where I ordered Quesadillas $10.99 (with mushrooms, grilled scallion, rajas, tomatillo salsa, crema, Oaxaca and manchego cheese) and my boyfriend ordered the Southwestern Chicken Sandwich $12.99 with Pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, oven roasted tomatoes, avocado and green chiles. Both plates looked really delicious. In addition to this, we got to enjoy some good music and the living was easy...

The other night we tried The Noodle Shop @Mandalay Bay - where we were (almost uniquely) confirm when ordering Pad Thai ($16.25) with Tofu. The served dish looked almost as we knew it from Thailand and it also tasted almost authentic. I even liked it that much, that I wanted to dine another night at this place!

Sooo viele Lichter... ;-)
Natürlich aßen wir auch etwas. Den ersten Abend verschlug es uns ins Crossroads at House of Blues in unserem Hotel, Mandalay Bay.
